By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Slabz is a platform where users can purchase and open digital packs of graded collectibles (starting with Pokémon cards) and receive on-chain NFTs that represent real, vaulted cards. Slabz operates in partnership with Collector Crypt Inc. ("Collector Crypt"), which handles sourcing, grading, vaulting, and on-chain operations for collectible cards.
The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not meant to provide any financial advice or indicate any trading opportunity. Any reliance you place on information provided through the Service is strictly at your own risk.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (such as a Solana wallet). You are responsible for:

When you purchase packs or other items through the Service, you agree to pay the specified price using the accepted payment methods (cryptocurrency or fiat via third-party payment processors). All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
When you open a pack, Collector Crypt randomly selects a card from their inventory and transfers an NFT representing that card to your wallet. The NFT represents ownership rights to the underlying physical card, which is vaulted by Collector Crypt.
You may be able to redeem your NFT for the physical card, sell your NFT, or accept buyback offers, subject to Collector Crypt's terms and conditions. Slabz does not control the physical cards, vaulting, or redemption process, which are managed by Collector Crypt.
5.7 No Refunds. All purchases of Collector Crypt NFTs are conducted on the Solana Network, as such it is impossible to undo, revert, or otherwise refund a purchase of a Collector Crypt NFT.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Slabz operates in partnership with Collector Crypt Inc. Certain aspects of the Service, including pack opening, NFT minting, physical card vaulting, and redemption, are handled by Collector Crypt. Your use of those aspects of the Service is also subject to Collector Crypt's Terms of Service, which can be found at Collector Crypt's Terms of Service.
